Due to the personal nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns on ANY personalized items, branders included, unless there is a mistake with the item.

What if you don't have all of the items in stock?
If an item you ordered is out of stock, it will be back-ordered automatically unless a deadline has been specified which won't be met.
