Our Commitment To Your Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. To better protect your privacy the following notice explains the information we collect, how it is used, how it is safeguarded, and how to contact us if you have any concerns.

As part of the order process, the following information is collected from shoppers:

Name
Shipping/Billing Address
Email address
Phone number
Credit/Debit Card Information (unless PayPal is used)

GroomStop only uses the data collected during the checkout for processing the order. The shipping address is used to ship your package. The billing address and CVV are used only to verify that the owner of the card is making the purchase. Phone numbers are only used if needed to verify that someone else isn't trying to use your credit card or if something might impact delivery of your package such as backorders or shipping address issues. Email addresses are collected so that GroomStop can send order confirmations, status updates, and tracking numbers to you. After the order is done, GroomStop sends out a couple of survey emails asking you to rate our service and our products. There are boxes on the checkout page which allow you to opt out of this but we hope you will allow us to. Customer service and products are what this business is all about and these surveys are how GroomStop sees how it is doing. GroomStop does not currently send out any marketing type emails such as specials but may in the future. If so all anti-spam rules will be followed. (We don't like spam either!)

GroomStop is committed to the security of your data. All information is protected to the best of our abilities. No credit card information is stored outside of the Yahoo platform and it is only kept there temporarily. All customer information access requires multiple passwords and is kept compartmentalized even within GroomStop. Only the people that need access, have access.
