As long as the item is not personalized, you may return an item in its original condition for a refund or credit within 15 days of receiving. All returns require a return authorization issued from GroomStop.com via e-mail or phone. Any items returned without authorization will be refused and returned to sender.
Shipping charges can only be refunded if the return is due to our error.
Refunds will be processed as soon as possible after a return has been received but may take 1-2 weeks. If using a credit card, refunds will be credited to your account, if possible. We suggest using UPS, FedEx, or insured US Postal Service for your protection.
Due to the personal nature of the products, we are unable to accept returns on ANY personalized items, branders included, unless we have made a mistake on the item.
